Return & Refund Policy

SHIPMENTS

All shipments are Ex-Factory. In all cases, we will ship the fastest, most economical way. We can ship via Bluedart / Professional / Critical care Logistic by Surface or air freight. Whenever possible, we will ship Bluedart or according to your specified routing. Surface shipments will usually be made freight collect. Insurance charges in scope of buyer only. Please communicate your Insurance Number prior to our goods dispatch.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

SEEDTEST AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, NOR CAN WE ACCEPT, THE RETURN OF MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WITHOUT A RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION.

RETURNS AND ALLOWANCES

RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE. On items shipped from a SEEDTEST AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES warehouse there is a 15% restocking charge. Shipments sent from the manufacturer are subject to their established restocking charge. NO MERCHANDISE IS TO BE RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, WHICH IS PROVIDED PRIOR TO RETURN SHIPMENT. Please advise why you are returning the equipment. We will then provide the correct shipping instructions for returning the merchandise. This is especially important in the return of large equipment. Include the return goods number with returns so that you will be sure to receive correct credit or replacement. ALL RETURNS ARE TO BE MADE VIA PREPAID FREIGHT.

SALES TAX

SEEDTEST AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES IGST/CGST/IGST as applicable per product will be collected as mandated by law. If you have a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, make sure it has an original signature, and is on
file with SEEDTEST AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES when purchasing product.
